This person had enlarged lymph nodes in their neck associated with an underlying cancer condition. They received chemotherapy (indicated by their lack of hair). They then were introduced to terahertz water which they drank.

A Review of Feasible Applications of THz Waves in Medical Diagnostics and Treatments
This is a review of the use of terahertz waves in determining the presence of various cancers including: breast, skin, mouth, cervical, lungs, small intestine, prostate, colon, and stomach cancer. The review also investigates the use of terahertz waves in reducing the size of tumors, treating skin cancer, wound healing, treatment of cardiovascular disease, and angina.
The review was conducted in 2021 by the Laser and Plasma Research Institute, Shahid Beheshti University, in Tehran, Iran.
The review noted that the higher water content of cancer cells and the high absorption of terahertz waves by water molecules make it possible to both detect and treat cancer cells with THz rays.
The review included assessment of the findings of 69 reports and studies on the applications to terahertz radiation for healing processes in humans and animals.
Two researchers Emma Pickwell-MacPherson (of the Chinese University of Hong Kong) and Vincent Wallace (of the University of Western Australia) collaborated, via TeraView Ltd of Cambridge UK, to produce another review of terahertz technologies and their biomedical applications.
It is generally acknowledged that this is a new field of endeavour and much is still to be discovered through scientific research, dedicated testing and field trials. Much is expected from continued exploration of this new field of diagnosis and treatment.
